Shipping and Policies
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POLICIES TO AVOID ANY DISAPPOINTMENT IN YOUR ORDER!
Shipping:
· Free shipping on purchases of $85 or more. · All items are shipped via USPS or UPS. · We have no minimum order. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day through our secure online shopping cart. · Shipping time varies and can be from 3 to 5 business days depending on when your order was placed and product availability. However, you will be notified if there are delays in shipping your order. · If paying by credit card, orders may only be shipped to the credit card billing address. · Although we strive to keep our prices lower than our competition, prices on our products are subject to change without notice. · Georgia Residents will be charged a 7% sales tax · Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Returns:
For the safety of our customers we cannot accept returns on bath products due to health concerns. (If your product is received damaged see below.)
Damaged Items:
Please contact us if your shipment is damaged. All damaged items must be verified by the USPS or UPS representative and remain in the original box. We will not honor any claims that have not been verified. All damaged items will be replaced with the same item once verified.
